1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at magnolia-sporting-clays.pageone.cloud or by visiting or using the Magnolia Sporting Clays facility located at 1622 Capitol Gun Club Rd, Jackson, MS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or facility.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, and others who access or use the Site or facility.

2. Facility Use

The Magnolia Sporting Clays facility is operated for lawful shooting sports activities only. By entering the facility, all participants agree to:

• Follow all posted range safety rules at all times
• Obey all instructions issued by Range Safety Officers (RSOs) immediately and without dispute
• Treat all firearms as if they are loaded at all times
• Keep firearms pointed in a safe direction and finger off the trigger until ready to shoot
• Know your target and what lies beyond it
• Transport and store firearms in accordance with Mississippi law
• Use only approved ammunition appropriate for the activity and range

Alcohol and Controlled Substances

The consumption of alcohol or any controlled substance before or during range activities is strictly prohibited. Any person appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access to the range and asked to leave the property.

Minimum Age Requirements

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who takes full responsibility for the minor's conduct and safety on the premises.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Inquiries or booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed reservations until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Magnolia Sporting Clays. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

Cancellation policies (including any applicable fees or credits) will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Magnolia Sporting Clays reserves the right to cancel or modify scheduled sessions due to weather, safety concerns, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected participants.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in shooting sports, including sporting clays, involves inherent risks of personal injury, property damage, and in extreme cases, death. By participating in any activity at Magnolia Sporting Clays, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume all such inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law, Magnolia Sporting Clays and its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from:

• Participant negligence or failure to follow safety rules and RSO instructions
• The inherent risks of shooting sports activities
• Equipment malfunction caused by improper use
• Actions of other participants or third parties

All participants may be required to sign a separate written waiver and release of liability before accessing range facilities. The execution of a written waiver does not expand or limit the rights and obligations described in these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited at the Magnolia Sporting Clays facility and on our website:

• Unsafe firearm handling of any kind
• Bringing or consuming alcohol or controlled substances on the premises
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward staff, RSOs, or other participants
• Damaging or defacing facility property
• Photographing or filming other participants without their consent
• Using the website to submit false information, spam, or harassing content
• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law

Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility, membership revocation, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Magnolia Sporting Clays or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Magnolia Sporting Clays does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
