Before You Book
Common Booking Questions
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially for weekend sessions and group outings. For large group events, corporate bookings, or tournament hosting, contact us 2–4 weeks out to ensure we can accommodate your group's needs and reserve the full facility if needed.
Yes. Magnolia Sporting Clays hosts corporate team-building days, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family gatherings, and charity fundraising shoots. Group pricing is available and varies by group size, duration, and whether you need full-facility exclusivity. Reach out via the form above with your group size and preferred date to get a custom quote.
Life happens. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule and we'll work with you on alternatives. For group bookings, cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee — details will be included in your booking confirmation. We're reasonable people; just reach out.
Bring your shotgun (12 or 20 gauge recommended), ammunition (7.5, 8, or 9 shot load), ear protection, and shooting glasses. Eye and ear protection are required on the range at all times. Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes — you'll be walking an outdoor course. If you're unsure what to bring, contact us before your first visit and we'll help you prepare.
